Open to ALL Members and Interests
Every year we bless hundreds of children with book bags, school supplies, elementary aged interactive learning
books, shared resources, and more.
Support our August CRD (held indoors and outdoors in our church & parking lot).
a. Event date/time: Saturday, August 10, 2024 from 12-4pm (Set up arrival time: 9am) and the
night before, Friday.
i. Assist with setup of: tables, books, etc on Friday, August 9,
ii. Assist with setup, tear down, clean up on the day of our CRD.
iii. Assist with managing, distributing, protecting: supplies, appliances, prizes, gifts...
iv. If we are able to get basketballs donated, assist with friendly basketball shootout
competitions with our two portable basketball arcades. Prizes would be a basketball.
v. Interact with the Community, represent your leadership / presence in the community.
vi. If this is an opportunity for you, if you wish, have a tent/table to share your resources.
vii. Help minimize any community disturbances by your presence.
